NEW PROBIOTICS SHIPPING POLICIES AS OF 2/4/13
• Kirkman® only ships probiotics on Mondays - Wednesdays each week.
• Probiotics ordered on Thursday or Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.
• DURING WARM WEATHER:
To better protect your probiotics, Kirkman® now requires 2 day or next
day shipping service during warm weather. (We will honor your shipping
choices and not automatically upgrade your shipping methods).
• DURING COLD WEATHER: Kirkman® recommends 3-business days service to most locations.
For assurance that your probiotics arrive cold, you may want to order an extra ice pack. Extra ice packs are available for $5 each and may be may be ordered on-line or requested by calling our customer service department at 800.245.8282 (toll free) or 503.694-1600 (international and local callers).
During the holiday seasons, UPS does not guarantee delivery dates. If you need a package delivered before a certain date, please contact our customer service department at 800.245.8282 (toll free) or 503.694-1600 (international and local callers).

At Kirkman's on-line store, you may choose either U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail. For other forms of shpping of if your contry is not listed, please call Kirkman's customer service department at 503.694.1600. Packages usually take 1 to 2 weeks to be received.
