Our regular means of shipping is UPS ground or Priority Mail.
We also offer options of shipping by UPS Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day on our website.
In addition, we also offer options of shipping by FEDEX or Priority Mail.

Probiotics Are Handled Specially
Probiotics have seasonal shipping schedules.
Summer or hot weather:
Probiotics are extremely unstable in warm weather. To preserve our probiotic's stability we ship all probiotics during summer and hot weather days by UPS 2-day service. Kirkman® charges you for ground UPS shipping and pays the additional costs of 2-day shipping as an accommodation to you.
Winter or cooler periods:
Orders will be shipped on a UPS 3-day service Monday-Friday or faster, more economical service if available. You may also request faster service and ice packs.
During the holiday seasons, UPS does not guarantee delivery dates. If you need a package delivered before a certain date, please contact our customer service department at 800.245.8282 (toll free) or 503.694-1600 (international and local callers).
International Orders Including Canada
At Kirkman's on-line store, you may choose either U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail. For other forms of shpping of if your contry is not listed, please call Kirkman's customer service department at 503.694.1600. Packages usually take 1 to 2 weeks to be received.
